LAWYER PROFILES
David Tice. After completing his articles of clerkship with Greenspan, White, he was called to the Bar in 2005.

David completed his undergraduate studies at University of Western Ontario and graduated with a B.A. (Hons) with Distinction in History in 2001. David graduated from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2004, where he focused his studies on criminal law jurisprudence. While in law school, David competed at the Niagara Moot Competition in International Law. During his legal studies, David also completed a study abroad program in Chinese law and legal systems at the East China School of Politics and Law in Shanghai, PRC.

David practices in all areas of criminal law, with a focus on both appellate and trial advocacy. He has appeared at all levels of Court in the province, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. David is a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario), the Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Civil Liberties Association
